We operate the website and landing page associated with the Tricity Buyer Protection Kit campaign targeting residential property buyers in Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and GIFT City.

For the purposes of data processing, TricityAdvisory is the data controller in respect of the personal information you provide through this website.

When you complete our lead form to request the Buyer Protection Kit, we collect:

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we may automatically collect:

• Device type — mobile or desktop.
• Page URL and referrer — the page you visited and the page that referred you.
• UTM parameters — campaign attribution tags from advertising platforms (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term).
• Click identifiers — gclid (Google) and fbclid (Meta/Facebook) for advertising attribution.
• Submission timestamp — date and time of form submission.

2.3 Analytics and cookies

3. How we use your information

4. Email request handling

By submitting the form, you consent to us sending you the Buyer Protection Kit by email using the number you provide. This is the primary delivery mechanism for the kit.

The mobile number you provide will be used only to:

• Deliver the Buyer Protection Kit.
• Send a follow-up confirmation message confirming delivery.
• Contact you for advisory purposes — only if you explicitly selected callback consent in the form.

8.3 UTM and ad click identifiers

When you arrive at our page via an advertisement, your URL may contain UTM parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, etc.) and ad click identifiers (gclid, fbclid). These are captured at the time of form submission and used solely to attribute the lead to the correct advertising campaign. They are not shared with third parties beyond the CRM system.

8.4 Managing cookies

Most browsers allow you to manage cookie preferences through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of some website features. Our core lead form and Email request handling are not dependent on cookies.
